"I have a punch card, how do I book?" Click on "Log in" in the menu to the right above services (directly above services if you're using a computer) and enter the same email address you used when purchasing your card. You will receive a temporary code sent to your email, which you can use to log in. Choose the service you want to use and book your appointment.

"I’ve purchased a service via Epassi or Benify, what do I do now?" Make a booking as usual through our booking calendar. When you reach the payment options, select "pay on site." During your visit, show the receipt to our staff! Note: If you’ve purchased a punch card, you can log in. Follow the steps in the previous question.

"Can I book two appointments at the same time?" Unfortunately, it’s not possible to book two appointments for the same service at the same time. This is because we only have one floating tank and one sauna in our facility. If you and a friend want to visit us at the same time, we recommend our Combo Deal, where you get full access to our facility for two hours, or alternatively, you can each book a different service.

Come in good time

We recommend that you get here 10-20 minutes before your session starts to have time to unwind and get into the right mindset. Chillout for a moment in our lobby and have a cup of tea.

 

Don't float hungry

You float for an hour and hunger can be a big distraction. Snacks are available to buy from us before or after your session.

Do not shave on the same day

If you get cuts after shaving, the salt water can sting.

Avoid caffeine before your visit

In order to relax both physically and mentally, you should not consume caffeine 1-2 hours before your session. Coffee and energy drinks are available to buy on site if you want to wake up after your session.

Is it your first floating session? We are happy to guide you and always starts with a thorough briefing for new guests.

Avoid treatments that can discolour

For example, if you have just dyed your hair, we ask you to wait at least one week. If the water is contaminated in the worst case, the tank must be emptied for a fee.
